Aunt Mary's Corned Beef Pie Recipe

1 onion
2 tbsp oleo
1 1/2 C tomatoes
1 C corn
1 can corned beef
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C shortening
1 egg yolk
1/3 C milk

Saute onion in oleo. Add tomatoes, corn, corned beef and 2 tbsp flour and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let cook while making crust.
Crust: Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening. Add egg yolk and milk.
Roll crust to fit 10" pie tin. Fill, cover with remaining crust. Bake at 425F for 15 min.
