1 Bag Shredded Coconut
2 Lg. Boxes Vanilla Pudding
1 Cool Whip
1 Pillsbury Premade Pie Crust
2 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust according to directions and set aside to cool. Using a wire whisk mix together pudding, 2 c. milk, and 1 cup of shredded coconut. After crust has cooled pour in the pudding mixture. Top with Cool Whip and toasted coconut (cooled). Chill for 1 hour before serving to allow time for the pudding to set.
