5 c Vegetable stock 1 c heavy cream
1 T pine nuts 5 T olive oil
1 T Parmesan cheese 2T butter
2 T flour 1 T basil, chopped
1 clove garlic salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix in blender, basil,pine nuts, Parmesan olive oil, cheese, and garlic.
2. Heat vegetable stock to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
3. Melt butter and add flour stirring constantly until smooth and stir into vegetable stock.
4. Add heavy cream and heat to boiling.
5. Add the basil mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with Parmesan cheese, chopped basil and whipped cream.
