3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
15 oz pkg bownie mix (or close to 15oz)
2 T. hot water

Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 12 nonstick muffin cups (ramekins) and set aside. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and better. Microwave on high power for 45-60 seconds, stirring twice during cooking, or until chocolate and butter are melted and mixture is smooth. Cool 5 minutes.

In a large bowl,combine eggs and egg yolks and beat with a mixer at high speed for 4-6 minutes until foamy and doubled in size.

Gradually add dry brownie mix to the beaten egg mixture, stirring until well blended. Fold in melted chocolate chip mixture and hot water. Carefully pour batter into prepared muffin cups.

bake at 400º for 10-14 minutes or just until edges are set. the centers of the little cakes will still be solf. Cool on wire rack for 2 minutes. Run knife around edge of each cake to loosen, then invert warm cake on each plate.

These are to die for. They are like the molten cake at Chili's. You can dress up the plates by drizzling chocolate sauce on them before putting the cakes on them. I used a muffin tin the first time. It worked fine, but was a little messy when I had to invert it and then transfer the cakes onto individual plates.
