1 # fresh horseradish, grated 2 c veal stock
2 T butter 2 T flour
1 lg onion, chopped 1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions in butter until golden. Add flour and stir gently 2-3 min.
2. Add veal stock and cook on moderate heat until soft.
3. Add horseradish, mix well and cook until heated through. Just a few minutes.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve topped with sour cream.
