1 Head of Garlic 2 c Veal stock 1 Lg onion chopped 2 T butter 2 T flour 1 c sour cream
1. Saute onions in butter until golden brown. Add garlic and flour and stir gently 2-3 min. 2. Add veal stock and cook at moderate temp. until it gets soft. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve topped with sour cream.
