5 Chicken breasts boiled and cut into cubes or shredded 3-4 stalks of celery chopped 4-5 green onions chopped 3-4 big spoonfuls of dill pickle relish 4-5 big spoonfuls of mayo (add more to make creamy) 1 spoonful of creole mustard 2 T of pickle juice salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
