1 lb. beef flank steak, cut into strips
2 t. cornstarch
3 T. orange marmalade
3/4 t. ground ginger
1 T. oil
1 pkg. broccoli florets, thawed
1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. hot cooked Minute brown rice
1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place steak strips in bowl and sprinkle with cornstarch;
toss to coat. Add marmalade and ginger; stir until well blended.
Heat oil on med-high heat, add steak and stir-fry 4-5 min. or until steak is cooked thru. Reduce to med-low.
Add broccoli, water chestnuts, and soy sauce; mix well.
Cover and simmer 5 min. or until thickened, stirring
frequently.
SERVE OVER RICE; SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS.
