4 Tbsp Margarine 1 cup sour cream 4 Tbsp flour 1 cup milk 4 cans Green Beans,14 oz. 3 cups Swiss Cheese (shredded) 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp grated onion 2/3 cup buttered breadcrumbs
Boil margarine, flour, salt, sugar, pepper, and milk for 1 min. Add onion and sour cream. Drain the beans, and layer beans and cheese in a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over, and top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400º for 20 min.
