1 c. salsa
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream cheese
2 c. lettuce
2 c. shredded cheese
1 diced tomato
Directions:
Directions:
Combine salsa, sour cream & cream cheese in mixing bowl. Hand mix for 1 minute. Use electric mixer in on low setting for 30 seconds. Put mixture in serving dish and top with lettuce, shredded cheese and tomato. Serve with "Scoops" chips.
Alternative: Spice it up with taco seasoning.
