1 med. head of cabbage
6-8 med. size potatoes
2 lbs. smoked sausage
salt to taste
water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into 1-2 inch wedges and place in pot.
Wash and quarter potatoes (do not peel) and add to cabbage in pot.
Cute sausage into bite sized pieces and add to pot with salt to taste. Add 1 qt. water, cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs. or until vegetables are tender.
