3 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur
1 750 ml bottle dry white wine, chilled
1 750 ml bottle sparkling water, chilled
whole strawberries, optional
mint leaves, optional
Directions:
Directions:
In blender, place strawberry halves & liqueur. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour about 3 Tbl. strawberry mixture over ice in each glass. Stir about 1/3 cup wine and 1/2 cup sparkling water into each glass.
Garnish side of glass with whole strawberry & mint leaves.
