Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet or griddle over med. heat and coat with cooking spray. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Place sliced bananas on one side of bread. Press slices together firmly and lightly butter. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
