Crust:
1 c. water
1 stick butter or butter sub.
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Filling:
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
4 c. milk
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Garnishes:
1 container cool whip
chocolate syrup

Directions:
Crust:
Add water and butter to pan and heat until butter is melted and mixture is boiling. Reduce heat to low and stir in flour. Continue to stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at once until smooth. Spread in 2 ungreased 9 X 13 baking pans. Bake for 30 min at 400. Cool.
Filling:
Combine pudding mix and milk - mix well. Beat in softened cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust and top with cool whip and chocolate syrup.
