1/2 lb. grated swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 large onion, thinly sliced
several strips of cooked bacon
1 prepared pie crush
3 eggs, beaten lightly
3/4 c. heavy cream; 3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. nutmet
2 drops tabsco
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese and flour, sprinkle in pie shell. Arrange onion slices on top.
Top with strips of bacon.
Stir eggs, cream, milk and spices well; pour over cheese and onion. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
