Cover eggs in a pan with water to come at least one inch above the eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring rapidly to a boil. Turn off heat, and if necessary...remove pan from burner to prevent further boiling. Cover & let stand for 15 minutes.
Cool promply with cold water. Running cold water over the eggs while peeling make them slip out of the shell easier.
