2 TAPLSNS OLIVE OIL
1 TABLSPN CHOPPED FRESH ROSEMARY
1/2 TEASPN MINCED GARLIC
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

CUP NEW POTATOES IN QUARTERS
IN A BOWL MIX OLIVE OIL, ROSEMARY, GARLIC
MIX WELL, PLACE POTATOES IN THE BOWL AND MIX WELL, LET SIT FOR 1 HOUR.

ON A BAKING PAN LAY POTATOES OUT AND PLACE IN A PREHEATED OVEN ON 375 FOR 15 MINS, AFTER 15 MINS TURN POTATOES AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 15M IMNS, DO THIS UNTIL THE POTATOES ARE GOLDEN BROWN, CAREFUL NOT TO BURN. TAKE OUT AND SALT AND PEPPER, PLACE BACK IN LEFT OVER OLIVE OIL MIXTURE AND MIX
