1 six lb leg of lamb, boned and flattened
1 C oil
1/4 C wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
2 or 4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp salt
fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
For marinade, mix last 6 ingredients. Marinate lamb for 2 hrs at room temperture or overnight in refridgerator. Remove from marinade. Grill on med. fire for 20 min until done, turning frequently and basting with heated barbecue sauce. Lamb barbecue sauce recipe can be found in Seasonings and Sauces tab.
