6 cans Busch Original Baked Beans
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
1 lb. bacon, thick sliced (home smoked is best)chopped and browned, reserve some of the grease
1 lb. sliced mushrooms, pre-cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix all ingredients in a crock pot or large heavy bottomed kettle. Cook stirring at intervals until bubbling.
2.If using crock pot, reduce heat and cook slowly until thickened. May keep vent open or cover off to speed thickening.
3. If using roasting pan or kettle, move to oven and cook at 200-225 until thickened.
4. Add some reserved bacon grease to enhance smoked flavor.
