1 Bag of shredded hasbrowns
1 16oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion diced
2 1/2 C of cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and soup together. Mix in all other ingredients holding out 1/2 c cheddar cheese. Pour ingredients into a sprayed casserole dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour. 5 minuets before done add remaining 1/2 C cheddar cheese to top and finish baking.
