Brush both sides of chicken breast with melted butter. Sprinkle Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic Seasoning evenly on each side of chicken breast. Place chicken on hot grill, cooking 2 1/2 to 3 min. on each side. While chicken is cooking, place lettuce in bowl, so that it is slightly mounded in the center. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly in a circle around the outer rim. Spread tomatoes evenly on top of cheese. Place diced egg evenly on top of cheese and tomatoes. Remove chicken from grill and cut into julienne strips. Place strips across center of salad mix. Serve immediately with warm honey-mustard dressing.
