1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple with syrup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard.
Ham

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in small saucepan. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 min.
Cut into ham 1/4 in. diagonally; turn and cut again so diamond pattern forms. Place a whole clove at each intersection. Pour glaze over top. Bake 325º uncovered for 4-5 hours.
