2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (16 oz.) Libby's Pumpkin 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 (9 in.) unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell. Bake 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350º. Bake an additional 45 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream
