6 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
1 cup chopped onion
1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 container garlic- herb cheese spread
1/4 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the onions in butter add mushrooms, salt and pepper and continue sauteing until tender.

Add cheese spread, broth and artichokes; cook and stir until blended. Drain pasta; add to skillet and toss to coat.
