1 lb Jimmy Dean Med. Sausage
1 lb ground sirloin
Garlic- however much you like
1 Large Can Whole Leaf Spinach (Del Monte)
3 Cans Mexican Rotel tomatoes
Couple of shakes of Tony's
1 large bar velvetta cubed
1 c. whipped cream cheese
1 c. cheddar

Directions:
Brown meat together and drain. In a large sauce pan, get cheese melting well and add all wet ingredients and Tony's. When fully melted add meat mixture. Serve with chips.
