3 1/2 lb. pork roast or shrimp
6 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
Juice from large can of pineapple
1/2 c. red wine

2-3 green peppers
1 medium onion
Pineapple chunks
Tomato wedges
Marachino cherries

Cube pork and brown until tender on top of stove. Add sauce ingredients. Cook until thick. Add rest of the ingredients and cook until vegetables are crisp tender.
