1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. green pepper 1 c. catsup 6 oz. can tomato paste 1/2 pkg chili seasoning mix 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
Brown beef in pan; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 2 hour.
