2/3 c. milk, scalded
3/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. dry yeast
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 egg
Enough flour
1 can (10 12 oz.) tomato puree
(15 1/2 oz.) tomato juice
2 2/3 tsp. oregano
1 1/3 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mozarella cheese
Canadian bacon
Any other pizza topping you desire

Mix dough ingredients and let rise. Spread dough in pizza pan.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and simmer for 5 min.
Pour sauce on dough; add toppings. Bake at 500 until done.
