1 ½ litro de leche fresca
460 grs. (1 lb.) de azúcar
canela en palito
4 yemas
3 a 4 cucharadas de maicena
½ taza de agua fría
½ botella de ron
vainilla
pizca de nuez moscada rallada para encima

Directions:
Directions:
Poner al fuego la leche con el azúcar y palitos de canela.

Batir las yemas con la maicena y la media taza de agua fría.

Cuando hierve la leche, retirar del fuego y agregar la mezcla de yemas/maicena revolviendo bien. Luego volver a poner al fuego moviéndolo constantemente. Retirar y dejar enfriar completamente.

Agregar el ron y una cucharadita de vainilla; colar y embotellar. Guardar en la puerta del refrigerador.

Enjuagar con ron las botellas bien lavadas y escurridas o mejor aún esterilizar las botellas para que el cocktail dure más.
