rodajas de queso mozzarella
rodajas de tomate
hojas frescas de albahaca
orégano
aceite de oliva virgen
opcional: gotas de vinagre balsámico

En la fuente en que se va a servir, untar con poquito de aceite de oliva. Acomodar una cama de rodajas de tomate, salpicarles sal y poner encima de cada rodaja de tomate, una tajada de queso mozzarella y una hoja de albahaca.

Salpicar todo con orégano y echarle un chorrito de aceite de oliva encima y si se desea, gotas de vinagre balsámico.
