2 lbs pork (pork butt or pork hocks) 2 lbs of chuck roast 2 cloves garlic 1 onion 1/2 cup celery 1 cup water 2 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper
Cook meat until tender. Chop everything in a blender or chopper. Put in small container and put meat juice in every container to the top. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve on a cracker or in a sandwhich.
