1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or a tsp. of dried
8 to 10 small red potatoes, cut in half
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except potatoes in a plastic bag. Mix well and then add potatoes. Shake so potatoes are well coated. Place mixture in a baking pan and bake at 400-degrees for about 30 minutes or until slightly browned and cook through.
