2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 small red potatoes, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, thyme, garlic salt and pepper. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square dish coated with oil. Bake, uncovered at 450-degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
