2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 ounces)
1 8-ounce carton dairy sour cream
3 eggs
1 c. milk or hot style salsa
1 4-ounce can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 6-ounce container frozen avocado dip, thawed.
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
Tortilla chips or large corn chips
Cilantro or parsley sprigs

Combine cream cheese and Monterrey Jack cheese in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer till light and fluffy. Beat in one carton sour cream. Add eggs all at once; beat at a low speed just till combined. Stir in salsa and chili peppers.

Pour into a 9" springform pan. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or til the center is almost set.
Immediately spread remaining sour cream over top of the hot cheesecake. Cool on a wire rack. Cover pan and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours.
To serve remove sides of pan. Dollop avocado dip around the edge of cheese cake and sprinkle with chopped tomato, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips of corn chips. Garnish with cilantro or parsley if desired.
