One baked pastry shell

3/4 c. cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. cooked chicken, diced
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thaw
3/4 c. mayonnaise
and squeeze
1/4 t. salt

1/8 t. pepper

Sprinkle 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese into pastry shell.
In a bowl combine chicken, spinach and 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Place into pie shell.
Mix eggs, milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting.
