Boil water and butter. Add flour. Stir 1 min. Remove from heat and beat in eggs all at once. Mix until smooth. Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 35-40 min. Cool away from drafts. Mix pudding and milk on low speed. Fold in whipped cream.
