1 Whole chicken baked or 1 roasted chicken
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of rotel
1 med. onion
1- 1 1/2 cups velveeta cheese cut in cubes
1/2 bag or more of zesty taco/chipotle doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Debone and pull apart chicken and place in the botton of a greased casserole dish. Slice onion into rings and place on top of the chicken with cubes of velveeta cheese. Cover everything with crushed doritos. Mix the soups and rotel and pour over top. Bake for 1 hr. at 350. Top with extra doritos.
