1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream or Half and Half
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil; cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Stir in whipping cream and return to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in pecans.

Serve over ice cream, cake or fruit. I love this served over pears.
