3 large eggs
5 lbs. sweet potatoes
2/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup milk or heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease dish. Beat eggs. Add potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put into greased dish. Make topping & sprinkle on top. Bake 60 minutes in 13 X 9" pan. Can cook day before & heat for 30 minutes.
