2lbs of ground meat, onion,1 taco seasoning mix, 2 cans tomatoes, 2 can hominy, 3 cans ranch style beans
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat and drain. Cut up onion to suit you taste and add to meat. Stir in 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 2 cans of tomatoes, 2 cans hominy, 2 cans ranch style beans and 1 can of ranch style beans with jalapenos. Do not drain vegetables. Do not add extra seasonings such as salt or pepper. Simmer all together for 30 min. and serve with mexican cornbread.
