2 tbsp. burghul (cracked wheat)
2 bunches parsley, finely chopped
6 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
salt
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash burghul well and drain. Add parsley, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, olive oil, salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well. Serve with fresh lettuce or cabbage if desired.
