1 kg. steak or meat filet
10 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shawarma spices

Directions:
Cut the filet into thin slices and soak in vinegar, salt and spices for at least 5 hours, or overnight in the fridge. The next day, cook the meat in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes with a little added water. Serve the meat in a split piece of pita bread. Add tahini paste, sliced tomatoes, cucumber pickles, turnip pickles and onions to complete your sandwich.
