3 lb. ground beef or pork 2 c. oatmeal 1 can evaporated milk 2 T. chili powder Sauce: 2 c. catsup 2 T. liquid smoke 1/2 c. brown sugar
Mix ground meat, oatmeal, evaporated milk and chili powder. Make into large balls. Place in casserole. Mix catsup, liquid smoke and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350º
