2/3 c. butter
Pinch salt
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
3 egg whites, well beaten
2 sq. unsweetened choc. melted
vanilla ice cream
1 t. vanilla
Graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add egg yolks, melted chocolate, vanilla, salt and nuts. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Spread in greased 9x13 pan that has been lined with crushed graham crackers. Freeze 2 hrs.
Spread vanilla ice cream over frozen mixture. Top with more crushed graham crackers. Freeze again.
