1 lb. carrots
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots lenthwise into halves or quarters.
Melt butter in skillet. Add carrots and salt and cook 15 minutes. Stir in maple syrup and nutmeg. Cook over low heat until glazed.
