1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 1/2 tsp. adobo 2 tbs. olive oil 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. sofrito 1/2 c. tomatoe sauce 1 tbs. cider vinegar 1/8 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 c. water
Season meat with adobo & set aside In skillet, heat oil, stir in onion; cook until tender Stir in meat and brown pour off fat stir in remaining ingredients; lower heat Cook 15 min. Serve with white rice
