1 lb. chop meat
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 c. sour cream
4 1/2 oz. black olives
2 med. tomatoes/diced
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. scallions (green part only)
1 c. shredded lettuce

Directions:

Cook meat & seasoning
spread in glass dish
spread sour cream in a layer over meat - do not mix
Then layer tomatoes, olives, scallions, cheese & lettuce
Start from bottom corner: tomatoes, olives, scallions, cheese, lettuce, cheese, scallions, olives, tomatoes
