For tomato sauce:
2 cups coarsely, chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves, minced
1 cup firmly packed fresh parsley leaves, minced
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. linguine
Fresh parsley to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine all sauce ingredients and let the sauce stand at room temperature, covered for at least an hour. No cooking involved with sauce. Cook linguine as directed on pkg. Drain pasta well. Serve with tomato sauce and garnish with parsley.
