5 lbs of greens and or kale
3 cloves of garlic - chopped
1 medium onion - chopped
1 pkg of turkey neck bone, or pork or ham hocks
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash 5 lbs of greens (kale) until all sand is gone. Chop greens (kale) and place in large pot. Add onion, garlic, and meat flavoring. Add approximately 6 to 8 cups of water.

Cook until all meat has falling from the bone and the greens (kale) are tender.

I make these all the time and for a little extra spice my son-in-law Darrin Lucas adds a couple drops of hot sauce.
