4 cups chopped, peeled apples
3 cups sliced almonds
1-1/2 cups onion, chopped
1-1/2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
12 cups cubed whole wheat bread
2 cups raisins
1 cup apple juice
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, sauté apples, almonds, onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, cinnamon and poultry seasoning. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, raisins and apple mixture. Add apple juice and eggs and toss; mix all ingredients together. Just before baking, loosely stuff turkey or chicken. Bake as directed for turkey or chicken.
